Terms of service
How custom software projects are scoped and delivered.
Scope
Each project starts with confirmed modules, platforms, integrations, timeline and acceptance criteria. Additional requirements are assessed separately.
Website interfaces and examples are design references. Available platform permissions and the confirmed project plan determine delivery.
Quotes and scope
We quote per project, based on platform count, account scale, monitoring depth and integrations. Final pricing and payment milestones are confirmed in the project proposal.
Acceptance criteria, maintenance coverage, refunds and fee adjustments are explained in the confirmed project plan and quote. Changes are assessed before implementation.
Delivery and acceptance
Delivery includes source code, deployment scripts and documentation. Acceptance is checked against the agreed list, item by item.
If an item fails acceptance, it is fixed before the milestone is closed.
Changes and maintenance
The project plan defines maintenance, alerts and support coverage. Major platform changes require a new feasibility and workload assessment.
Intellectual property
Rights and permitted use of delivered source code, documentation and project-specific work are clarified in the project plan and delivery list.
Generic components, know-how and third-party components retain their applicable rights and licenses.
Liability
We are not liable for platform policy changes, account bans caused by content that violates platform rules, or third-party service outages.
